The Details

With ample space inside and outside Cabina Bosco, you and your crew will have multiple places to gather and create memories. The front porch immediately off the kitchen features a large Victory 3-burner propane grill with overhead gazebo to keep you comfortably shaded while you cook the evening meal to perfection. Be sure to make time between flipping burgers to take in the amazing view!

With access from either the living room or the master bedroom, the back patio provides a peaceful backdrop for sipping your morning coffee or building a fire to make S'mores in the evening. The backyard and adjacent National Forest land are the ideal natural playground to unleash the imaginations of the youngsters in your group (or just the young at heart!).

Inside the home, you'll find an open concept kitchen, dining room with seating for 8, and living room with plenty of comfortable couch space. The kitchen offers full sized appliances, dishes, cookware, DuoPot Coffee Maker, and basic cooking spices. The master bedroom features an inviting king size bed with ensuite bathroom, as well as access directly to the back patio. There are two spacious bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms has one queen bed, while the other has two queen beds. The downstairs boasts a large bar where you can mix drinks for your guests while they relax in the adjacent secondary living room. The downstairs bunk room has twin-over-twin and twin-over-full bunks with an adjoining full bath. This is also where you'll find the full size washer and dryer to handle all your laundry needs during your stay.

The garage serves as the perfect mudroom with benches and plenty of storage space. There is additional bench and cubby space for storage of dry gear as you enter the house.

Since moving to the Grand Valley in 2017, our family has been fortunate enough to create countless memories enjoying all that Western Colorado has to offer. We especially enjoy ski trips to Powderhorn and fall color drives on the Grand Mesa, and we've dreamed of owning our own little piece of paradise in the area.

Cabina Bosco is that dream come to life. We've put a lot of love and care into the home to make it a wonderful family getaway where priceless memories are made. We love being able to invite friends for après-ski after a fun day on the hill, and nothing beats sipping a warm beverage by the fire while watching our kids continue to enjoy the winter snow.

In the warmer months, Cabina Bosco offers a welcome reprieve from the heat, often staying 10-15 degrees cooler than Grand Junction. The seemingly endless activities on the Grand Mesa and surrounding areas will keep any family entertained indefinitely.
